I want this journey to be all about you, but it’s only natural that you might be curious about the person guiding you through it and how qualified they are to do so.
My name is Suzanna Kouzmis,
I am a registered mental health practitioner and credentialed mental health nurse.
I have over 25 years’ experience working in the mental health field in both public and private practice, having completed a Bachelor degree of nursing and a post-graduate diploma of mental-health nursing at the University of Melbourne.
I am passionate about enjoying every moment of life, learning new things, challenging myself and of course, making a genuine difference in the lives’ of my clients. It may sound cliché, but you do not successfully devote 25 years of your life to one thing without possessing a genuine drive and passion for what you do.
I take the individual relationships that I build up with my clients very seriously and am always striving to learn more, so I can give more to my clients.
Throughout my many years in the field, I have found my niche in mindfulness based therapies.
One thing I really love about teaching Mindfulness is it allows me to learn from my clients as much as they learn from me. Learning through life’s challenges is a journey which involves everyone, and I am no exception to the rule.
As a therapist, I approach mindfulness training in a novel and playful way. I don’t want you to ever participate in one of my sessions and be bored. As humans, we are so much better and more receptive to the things that we genuinely enjoy doing and mindfulness training is a part of this.
Whatever is going on for you right now, whatever prompted you to come here and read about what I’m doing, I’d love to meet you.
A simple conversation about whether this is something you should try would be fantastic.
Don’t hesitate to contact , so we can get the ball rolling on an exciting new chapter in your life.
Sincerely wishing you all the best on your mindfulness journey,
