In-person Mindfulness Training Group Program
Group Therapy is a useful tool to learn new strategies and share your personal experiences.
Participants don’t only learn new mindfulness skills, they learn from each other. Being connected with people who share similar experiences can be a substantial enhancement to anyone’s mindfulness education journey.
The in-clinic group therapy program comes with a complimentary one-one session with the program facilitator prior to commencement.
Individual Therapy sessions
Individual sessions are a useful way to work through a particular life event, issue or an ongoing pattern of thoughts you wish to change. For many people, private one on one sessions with an experienced clinician are simply a better fit than group sessions. For others, they are a stepping stone to feeling more comfortable about sharing in a supportive group space.
