5.1 Customer Care is extremely important to Befriendyourself.com.au and therefore, in the event that Users are dissatisfied with a program facilitated through this Website, Users are encouraged to lodge a formal complaint. Please note that any complaints must be filed in writing by using the “Contact” page on the Website, giving full details required by Befriendyourself.com.au to substantiate the claim, including the date, payment method.
5.2 Any complaints must be filed within 24 hours of dissatisfied session occurred in order to be valid complaint. 7.1 Online program participants who wish to record an online program session are required to seek permission from the lecturer prior to the commencement of the session.
7.2 Online program participants are only permitted to use a recorded session for their own personal study and are not permitted to reproduce or distribute the recording to any other party through any other medium, including social media or online posting/communication.
Payment
8.1. Users are responsible for payment in full for any Befriendyourself.com.au group programs.
8.2 A person is not registered for this program until the completed registration is received and program payment has been processed.
8.3 The subscription service is pre-paid via PayPal service or similar online payment method available on Befriendyourself.com.au
8.4 A tax receipt and confirmation of your registration will be issued via email to your nominated email address within 7 days of receipt of payment.
8.5 You may transfer your registration to another attendee. Notification of a transfer including the transferee’s full name and email address must be received in writing 7 days prior of commencement of the program.
Refund
9.1 In the event befriendyourself.com.au needs to cancel the workshop, then a full refund will be made of any registration fee paid by an attendee. Befriendyourself.com.au will not be responsible for any cost other than any payment made by you for program registration.
